Realty World Broker/Owner Clay Dalton was born in Cartersville, Georgia, raised in Douglasville and worked his way back to the North Georgia mountains to become one of the areas hardest working and producing realtors. Prior to starting his real estate career, Clay Dalton's artistic talents placed him in the position of owning a graphic design and printing company, working on marketing campaigns for companies like Subway, Coca-Cola, AMF Bowling Centers and many others. Clay's artwork was featured on the souvenir drink cups of the Atlanta Braves, The Varsity, Subway restaurants and many

others.

This commitment to print advertising places Clay in a unique position for marketing his real estate customers properties, as he understands marketing concepts.

In 1996, Clay joined Prudential Real Estate in Canton, and then moved to Re/Max, where he quickly rose to top producer two years straight in an office of 82 agents at the Nations 16th largest Re/Max Brokerage in North Georgia. In 2001, Clay's sales efforts placed him in the number 8 position of Georgia's 4,500 Re/Max Sales associates. Carrying that success into 2002, Clay once again hit the sales mark with a 50% sales share of all homes sold in Waleska, Georgia and a volume of 5,300,000 in yearly sales.

That same year, Clay was ranked by an independent Real Estate evaluation company that his sales placed him in the top 3% of all metro Atlanta realtors by homes listed and sold. Later owning a Re/max office in North Georgia, Clay and wife Glenda decided Canton and the Realty World Brand was the place to be for the future.

Now in 2006, Clay Dalton's efforts on marketing his customers properties placed him as the TOP SELLING REALTY WORLD Broker in Georgia, with his new brokerage in Canton GA.
